This intake collects the baseline, system boundaries and operating constraints needed to make a commercial go or no-go decision on the fixed 10-day AI Workflow Diagnostic.

Use this after a triage conversation. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, confidential datasets or regulated personal information. System names, volumes and aggregate operating measures are enough at this stage.
